A full and thorough specialist assessment will detail the history of your condition and look at your physical abilities. This allows us to identify your primary movement problems and discuss your personal goals and enables us to focus your therapy towards achieving what is important to you
Individually Tailored Treatment
Treatment focuses towards your specific movement problems identified in your assessment. This can commonly be areas such as re-training walking, stairs or transfers; working on stiff or tight muscles; building strength and flexibility; training balance and co-ordination; improving hand and arm movement and function
Accessible Facilities
Head Start Physio headquarters are fully accessible, offering disabled parking at the main entrance, fully accessible toilet facilities and a well equipped therapy room. The bonus is the lovely quiet surroundings, just a short drive from the bustle of Inverurie
Home Treatment Options
For those who are unable to attend the clinic, it may be possible to arrange assessment and treatment in the home environment. For others, we may identify treatments and goals that are specifically home based or based at your local gym or other community location
