Are you interested in becoming involved in a social group to get outdoors on a regular basis, along with a natter over coffee and cake? Then Oot n Aboot is the group for you….

What is Oot n Aboot?

_* This is an informal social group, open to all, who meet up monthly in a variety of locations

_* We vary the focus and topic of each meeting, from simply a social coffee and cake; to an accessible walk in some of our beautiful countryside; talks from guest speakers; visits to places of interest; meals out and other social events

_* The location and focus of events are open for all members to make suggestions.

_* The physical environment, it’s accessibility and physical challenge is considered for each event, to offer variety and to meet the interest and needs of the group members.

_* Events are held at times to suit participants, some midweek, and others at weekends. This has nominally been at the start of each month, February to December.
